I would like to share my experience here, I had a small coffee place brand name Mocca House in Finland, I successfully run my business for one year or so. I used Facebook as a digital marketing tool for my business, We run a business page on facebook and we keep updating our valued customers with new offers, new additions in our menu, promotions etc. We made our cover attractive, kept posting pictures and videos regularly and used facebook features wisely.  By using the page and post-export option in our facebook page insights, we had valuable data to help us understand how people use the Mocca House page and what works best for our business. Facebook insights provide valuable data to help us measure the page success. In addition, customers were allowed to leave a comment, criticize or any suggestion. Most of the time we got positive feedback from customers but sometimes customers not satisfied with our products or services due to rush hour or some other reason and they left some negative comments, we always replied them politely and assure them to do better next time, also we obliged them with free meal or cappuccino/latte on next visit.
