During my teaching practice, my guiding teacher who was supervising me, we collaborated with each other for planning of teaching, classroom teaching & activities and feedback to the students on their work. Most of the time, she was guiding me, for example, during my lessons, I was speaking little too fast, and after the lesson, my guiding teacher told me that its difficult for the students to completely understand what I am saying. I immediately considered this issue and brought change in my lecturing. She also guided me how to stay in class and some very useful classroom teaching tips. Especially dealing with digital tools, with the passage of time, continuous use and adopting new changes, i feel i am handling digital tools in better way. Learn from the feedback and self-assessment is always constructive.
